This policy explains how Divine Cyber Space (DCS) handles your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please have it reviewed by a legal advisor before launch.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you submit an enrollment request or sign in, we collect:

Name you provide on the enrollment form.
Mobile number (10-digit Indian number) so our team can contact you.
Profession you select.
Courses you are interested in and the indicative amount.
Email address when you sign in with Google.
An automatically generated enrollment reference and timestamp.

We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. No payment is processed on the site; our team coordinates fees with you directly.

3. How we use your data

To contact you about your enrollment and confirm your seat.
To deliver the courses you request and provide related support.
To keep a record of enquiries and improve our services.

4. Legal basis & consent

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the agreement box on the enrollment form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Where your data is stored

Enrollment data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), operated by Google. Access is restricted to authorised DCS administrators through verified, allow-listed accounts. Anonymous usage statistics are collected via Google Analytics for Firebase.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our infrastructure (Google) and only as needed to run the service. We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone using the number you provide.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may request to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
Withdraw consent.

8. Retention

We keep enrollment data only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services, after which it is deleted or anonymised on request.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by server-side access-control rules that limit student records to verified administrators. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
